Hi Please could any one help me has anyone has access to the ...... Newspaper Deaths... in Hastings, East Sussex ...... August 1996. could you please look to see if there is a death for Name: Leonard Leyland Race
Birth Date: 7 May 1918
Date of Registration: Aug 1996
Age at Death: 78
 wanting to know if he had a Wife and Children mentioned in his Death Notice.

 wanting to know the name of the Cemetery he is buried in Thank you

Can't see an earlier marriage, but there's one in Hastings in 1966, so there might well be step-children. Won't post the name of the bride, just in case she's still alive.

Hello Margaret Elizabeth

The local paper is the Hastings and St Leonards  Observer.
Hasting Reference Library have copies on Micro Film.They do I believe a free 30 min search.Maybe worth an email to them.

There is the Church-in-the Wood Burial Ground & Hastings Cemetery & Crematorium,which is on The Ridge.You could try emailing them.
I know from helping other people on the Board they are very helpful
