Hi,I haven't researched Somers name but have come across quite a few in the Dunlecky parish registers.Do you know where your Somers are from? Kim

If you have access to the BBC iPlayer, the Somers family was featured on episode 11 of Heir Hunters - both families featured had roots in Ireland.

My S-i-Laws mother's maiden name was Somers.  They are Irish and I believe they have some contact with Clonmel in Co. Tipperary.
