Title: Translation Needed Please (2 images)
Post by: Bikerchick64 on Friday 21 March 14 17:25 GMT (UK)
I was browsing the Mormon Family's Roman Catholic records for births, marriages and deaths for the Tarnow region in Poland, looking for some ancestors (on the MyHeritage.com site as they have images).  I came across two records that could be pertinent.  I cannot read the handwriting too well (I can only make out the names to the side of the register entry).  One is for what I believe says "Baron Ludwik Ostrowski" and the other is for "Nakoniecz".

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hello Robin,
Suggest you retitle your post to include 'Polish' - will probably speed things up. Sorry can't help. :)

I started typing, what I could, from the first document into 'google translate' the first few words came up with ' Dialab city su harp music' language polish.  I then put ' city of harp music Poland' in Google and came up with 'Harp music in the town'  Which was a travel review for the old town of Warsaw.
You might try continuing with this or If you have any Polish friends or a Anglo/Polish club near you that might help.  :)

Hi there,
I know this topic was made some time ago, but if you're still interested I think I can help decipher and translate it.
