Hi all,

I am research the Family of Benjamin Greenaway/Grinaway/Grenaway and Hannah Hammond. They married in 1788 Donnington, Sussex. Benjamin was born about 1762 in Sussex, I believe and died in 1848, Oving, Sussex. Anyone with any ideas on the location of the baptism/birth of Benjamin and who his parents were? Any ideas would be great.

Hi Jim,

The likeliest candidate would seem to be Benjamin Greenaway baptised 10 Jun 1764 at St Giles, Merston. Parents Harry & Elizabeth Greenaway.

Hi Sean. Many thanks. Yes, I saw that as well. The family moved to Oving and Donnington then Pagham. I'll see what I can dig up on his parents.
