Hi.
i am looking for anyone who lived or had relatives who lived on Spital Road, particularly between mid 1800's and mid 1900's.
Anyone?
Thanks.

Hi, Jeffo 489, Welcome to Rootschat. It would help if you gave us some information on what or who you are looking for connections with. Is there a particular family, then let us know names and date of birth if possible, or if a particular address, also let us know please. Hopefully then a Rootschatter will be able to help.
Good Luck with your searches
Regards
Kathb

Happy to provide more info.
I'm not after a particular family as such, although there are a few names
Charles Stewart Dean, a Warehouse owner around 1900
Coronal James Boote, 1951 - 1982
I have some more in my research that I need to dig out.
Basically, I live in a house, called Craiglands, on Spital Road. I am looking for information on ANY of the Victorian Villas in the area, Oakridge, Lancelyn, Arkwood, or indeed Craiglands.
I would like to ultimately find out who lived here, and hopefully some early photos.
thanks.

Hi, jeffo489, thanks now we have some idea what you are looking for. Just to help a bit more, is there a number for your house, or can you pinpoint it on a map with its nearest street neighbours? You mention mid 1800's to 1900's do you know when the house was built? Also is it Spital Road in bebington or bromborough?
Hopefully we can then help
Regards Kathb
