Title: yahoo mail

Is it possible for someone living in Australia to have a Yahoo.co.uk email address?
Bob.

Possibly  :D

When I first got my yahoo address (before 1999) "yahoo.co.uk" didn't exist so I have a yahoo.com address. I think if I tried it now I would automatically be directed to the uk version. It probably depends when yahoo set up any Australian version of their web site or when the email address was set up. It is even possible the person was in the UK when they set the email address up but has since moved.

I've got three email addresses (not Yahoo) - two are co.uk and the newest is .com because I used to live in UK but have now moved to Australia.  So that's one way it could happen.

Just state that your address is in England with a post code to match:

Ned Kelly
c/o Buckingham Palace.
London.
SW1A 1AA.

Hi, ITBookworm, Carol and Little Juan.
Thanks for the info, I have now emailed the person concerned and await a reply.
Sorry I didn't get back sooner, but have had no notification of responses to my query.
Once again, my thanks.
Regards
Bob.
