Hi All
Can anyone shine light on John Boylan and Elizabeth Fitzgerald
they were married on the 6 July 1873 in St Andrews Westland Row Dublin
Any living relatives would be great to know
Thanks in anticipation

Rootschat isn't a forum for tracing living people but sometimes relatives are re-united here. The more details you post the better chance there is that someone will recognise the family.
Do you have the names of any children? 1901 and 1911 census? etc.
If you could go back to the original post and remove all the blank lines it would be easier to read and much appreciated :)

I have seen you help other rootschatters before so i will presume you have been through the family on Irish Genealogy where there is a lot of info on them ,it would save us searching for things you already know.

As I suspected, you do have more details which you didn't post originally. Now perhaps you can fill in dates/ages, etc. or are we supposed to guess?
While I was typing dathai has been busy searching for you and then posting information which really isn't fair if you already have the details :-\

Thanks Dathai
and apologies to aghadowey , my computer got hacked and I lost 5 years of information, I am trying to piece together what I had,
I didn't see the possible remarriage connection before, Thank you for pointing it out and I will get the Death cert also , much obliged to you,
-
If you are referring to the 1911 marriage for Elizabeth Boylan as a remarriage, its for her daughter.

Just an observation for you to consider instead of getting John's death cert for 1909 i noticed that his grave is an extended one,why not get the grave readout you will more or less get the same information as you get on a death cert plus the added bonus if its a family grave you will get the others interred there saving you getting other certs, however there is no guarantee that it is a family grave and this is the gamble you take for about 10euro for a full readout with book images shown where available.

Hi Lord-Ed, I have read your posts about John Boylan and Elizabeth (Eliza) Fitzgerald. Are you seeking family tree information about their children? I am a descendant of Thomas Boylan B 1891 and I have quite a deal of family history information. Colin :)

If you can let me know how to receive the details from you , I have some also . Maybe you have information that would allow me trace back as far as 1700's ?
Hopefully. I just need some info

Hi Lord-Ed, I am new to using Roots Chat so I have to do some more posting before I can use PM.
I see form an earlier posting that you have located where john Boylan was buried in Glasnevin Cemetery. All 5 people buried in the same grave are family. Elizabeth 1916 is his wife. Katherine Ward 1963 is John Eliza's daughter. She married 3 times #1 to a Thomas Lawlor, #2 to a Robert Coghill and #2 to Augustine Ward. As far as I know there were no children from any of the 3 marriages. Regards Colin
