Title: Obtaining a Death Certificate from USA
Post by: regis1952 on Monday 03 February 14 07:12 GMT (UK)
Hello
Does anyone know how to apply for a death certificate from Arizona, USA.
My wife's uncle passed away in 2011 in Buckeye Az and my Mother In Law would like to get a Death certificate and know where he might be if buried.
Thanks

Since it doesn't sound like your wife would be eligible to get a death certificate, an obituary may be the best place to find out where he was buried.  You may want to trying Googling his name or check these sites:

http://www.azwvgs.org/obits.asp

http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/azcentral/

If those don't pan out, the local library's website has an Ask a Librarian feature:  http://www.buckeyeaz.gov/index.aspx?NID=887
