Title: Clay works/quarry in Bradshaw

Does anyone know of a Clayworks or quarry in Bradshaw that was once owned by a Mr Briggs (sorry got no first name). He was married to my gt gt grandmother it was either her first or second marriage, she married my gt gt grandfather John Sutcliffe. Her name was Sarah Lambert she married John in 1885. My nan told me a few stories but some contradict so sorry not much to go on. Not even sure if Bradshaw is full of quarries so any info is much appreciated even if to confirm a no go.

there should be a book in relation to quarry owners at halifax library reference section. you may want to speak to them about it.
