Title: Surrey S.E./Sussex Arthur Jones (born ?) married to Anna Fehrenbach (born 1913)

I'm searching details about the family of Arthur Jones/Anna Fehrenbach, parents and siblings of Arthur.

They were married April-June 1940 Surrey S.E. 2a 1939.

I only know the names and birth years of their children.

I think that with such a common name as Arthur jones  you are going to need to see marriage cert to get fathers name and occupation/ addresses/witnesses etc to be able to follow back with any certainty

Thanks very much. Yes, when I saw how many Arthur Jones' were born about 1908-1913 it would be to search a needle in a haystack!
As I found out, that ordering a marriage cert in England at the GRO, requires a credit card, I didn't come further. A few days ago I found the website  www.bmd-certificates.co.uk. The price is much higher there, but I had the possibility to pay by paypal! Now I'll await the certificate and I'll see what it shows.   :)

Today I received the marriage cert!

Marriage No. 50  11 may 1940 District of Surrey South Eastern in the County of Surrey

I thought, the marriage cert also shows the exact date of birth, but there are only the "ages" shown.

Exact dates of birth are only shown on death certs. if known.
You can now  see Arthur in the 1911 census.
Class: RG14; Piece: 3238; Schedule Number: 103.
Unfortunately we're not allowed to give details.

There's 1 other child above what's in the 1911 census:
Violet Agnes Jones b. 1912.

I have now sent some images helping lead you back from Thomas and fanny to Thomas' parents Charles and Elizabeth both born Wiltshire, their marriage and also Charles  at home with his parents Stephen and Ann both born malmesbury, WIltshire  and Stephen and ann's marriage entry.
