I wasn't really sure where to post this one.
I have very little on this ancestor but I did find a census record for 1861 at Sea. The vessels name was Agnes and he was a Boy Cook. He was also only 15. There was a mention in the family of either this John or his nephew with the same name went missing and no one knew where he went so I want to see where he ended up.
Any help would be much appreciated.
He was born in Drogheda, Louth, Ireland about 1846. His parent's were Michael Hogg and Eleanor Moore.
