Hi,
I am looking for information on Grace Emma Ringwood who was born at Westwick, Norfolk during October 1865 and died in Hull, March 1918. She was married to Charles Kirk of Hull.
Thanks

Welcome to Rootschat
Are you sure Grace married to Charles Kirk ? She shows as a housekeeper in 1901?
Death record seems to be under Grace E Ringwood as well - March 1918 - Sculcoates - 9d 274

-
Are we allowed to transcribe 1911
Definitely not - see http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,355486.0.html
You can only mention info that can be found using the free index - that doesn't include marital status, number of children born/died etc or their address as none of that info can be obtained for free

Hi again,
Thanks ever so much CaroleW, Westmoreland and *Sandra*.
The info you have given has cleared up a few queries I have had. I had Alice dying in 1935 (that may have been a niece) I assumed that Alice and Charles had split up. I do not know if Charles was in a relationship with Grace. I wonder why she left Norfolk for Hull? I think there was a movement of workers. (My maternal great grandparents made the same move) Kings Lynn where Grace worked in 1881 is a port that would have had trade with the port of Hull.
There is no mention of Florence who would have been 1 in 1891 and Maud (5) and Gertrude (12)
I suppose they may have been staying with another relative.
As for the information I was looking for it was really on Grace's parents, which you have given me.
Thank you again. Great forum.
