Are you sure about the dates.Emily married him when he was 90 years old?
What other information have you got to help in any searches.
I see from the marriage she was Janet E Crozier

I think you need to be careful naming these two people if they married in 1975 it is highly likely they are still both alive. Rootschat does not allow names of living people on their boards.

This thread seems to be about the same person.

In the 1891 census there is a John Cox aged 6 (abt 1885), son of John and Hope, living in St John Mickelgate, York, Yorkshire.

Is this the person you are interested in, weed?

This (and anyone born in Yorkshire c1885) could really not possibly be the person who married in Cornwall in 1975.

In the other thread you say you are looking for Thomas William Cox with the same details (i.e. the 1975 marriage) and say he was killed in WWI, which makes even less sense!

Another son of John and Hope - Arthur - was killed in WWI.

Are you trying to find out what became of John Cox, son of John and Hope, this being probably his birth --

Births Dec 1884
Cox    John         York    9d   36

? If so, probably best to have both threads on the Cornwall board deleted (particularly since they refer to living people who are undoubtedly entirely unrelated), and post a request on the Yorkshire board.  :)

Thanks to all for the help given by you re. the above name.
Could someone explain how to delete this subject from the board.
Regards Weed.
