Title: Old Hull School Records 1920s to 1940s. Can you view them ?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows if you can look at old school records from the late 20s, 30s and early 40s please? And if so would I be able to find out from them about a pupil?

thanks
Becky

Hi Becky....It would depend on whether the school is still in existence or whether it has been demolished....It could have been destroyed during WW2 as Hull was heavily bombed....You could try emailing the Hull History Centre here for advice:

The only school registers I have been able to access are those that are dated 100 years from the last entry.
