Title: Port Elizabth, South Africa Birth Certifcate

I am trying to obtain a birth certificate of an uncle.  He was born 7/26/1945 - 06/06/1953. His name is Cecil George Bock.  I have found his death certificate as well as a picture of his grave. I've also found articles on his death, he as shot.   I believe he had a diffrent surname when born.  Is this possible to get?
