Title: Great uncle in naval uniform.

Hello. I have an old photo of a great uncle in his navy uniform. I kow he sadly died young during the spanish flu outbreak at the end of the great war. Iwould love to know more about what naval career he had. How would I go about doing this ? Thank you.
