is it possible to clean this up in its current colour (for now), trying to translate the colour scheme.

With regard to the colours I am not confident the hatchings are actually hatchings, or merely artistic shading.

If they are hatchings they look like the more modern Germanic extended colours
I.E the chevrons - water-colour (silvery grey). The six petalled rose (normally 5 petals) or mullet - flesh-coloured.

I tend towards the thought of artistic shading.

Has the imaged been "tricked" or accompanied by a written contraction of the colours used?

This is the description of the Coat of Arms.  Sorry it is in German and uses a lot of abbreviations...
