Hi,
Can anyone help with the following?
I have a William Asquith marrying Alice Chipchase on August 5th 1758 at Sedgefield, Durham. I think they may have had a daughter Mary born between 1758 to 1764 at Sedgefield but I cannot access the baptisms for that period. They definitely had two son William (9 February 1771) and Richard (7 October 1762) both baptised at Sedgefield.
I believe that William Asquith was born around 1735, and was buried at Bishopwearmouth on December 21st 1826. On the marriage bonds for William Asquith and Alice Chipchase in 1758 it states that William was of Fishburn, and Alice of Sedgefield, witnesses Thomas Ruddock, Elizabeth Watson and David Wolste (?).
Alice Chipchase was baptised 21 February 1732 at Sedgefield, daughter of a Richard Chipchase and Elizabeth Wharrington.
Cannot find any other Asquith family at all. Can anyone help?
Thanks, Andrew ??? :)

There are 12 pages of Asquith parish records on Durham records online. Many in Darlington, Cockerton, Auckland, Sedgefield areas.
