Trying to find the burial place of my gran aunts and uncles. They passed away as children but only their parents and one other daughter are named on the headstone in Slieverue graveyard. The names I am looking for are Margaret Barron died 1890 aged 1, Thomas Barron died 1897 aged 3, Winifred Barron died 1900 aged 6 months, Patrick Barron died 1901 aged 2, Peter Barron died 1901 aged 3, Martin Barron died 1917 aged 15. The family resided in Waterford city so it's possible they are buried elsewhere, hoping someone can help
Many thanks

Would this be family in the 1901 and 1911 census living in Morgan St ?
1901 - http://tinyurl.com/od6wcxt
1911 - http://tinyurl.com/njkexua
Morgan St. is in the parish of Holy Trinity Without (Ballybricken) and they may be buried in the adjoining graveyard.
From the Civil Registration Index on Familysearch the only death of a Winifred Barron in Waterford is in 1904 age 4.
Ferrybank Church on the boundary of Waterford City and Kilkenny was a "Chapel of Ease" (auxilliary church) in the parish of Slieverue up to 1970. It also has it's own graveyard.

I had a look at at my inscriptions for the "Chapel of Ease " Ferrybank and could not find them, they could be buried in Kilmacow, which is not far from Ferrybank, Kathleen Laffan published a book on the gravestone inscriptions from Kilmacow in 2008, you could get it on inter library loan.

Thanks everyone for the help. I have contacted Slieverue parish priest and am waiting for a reply. That's the family I'm looking for in Morgan street in the 1901 and 1911 census, the two older sons went to America, another moved to Dublin and Mary was my grandmother. I have also ordered the book about Kilmacow cemeteries just in case

Children who passed away were sometimes buried with grandparents.
Have you found where earlier generation are buried ?
Keep in mind that not all deceased are named on headstones.
I found a headstone in Gowran that had loads of names and dates of a family
and then at end " and 3 children who died young"
Their gender was not even mentioned.
Good luck with your research
