Title: Is FTM Mac compatible with FTM for MS?

Someone I know has Family Tree Maker for Mac. Could he send me a Gedcom he has generated that I could read on my FTM for Microsoft Windows?

Does this make sense...probably not.

Yes the Gedcom file is transferrable
