Title: can you tidy this pic of my great grandad and maybe colour it too thanks

Hi can i ask you guys /gals if u could fix this picture of my great grandad and maybe put some colour into this too.

He is the man in the flat cap with the white hankerchief round neck can you take the wee boy and the rest of the men out of the picture if possible as this is only picture we have of him.

I don't do coloring, but I thought this cleaned up pretty well!
