Title: Robert Cecil Smylie married Ruby

I know its a shot in the dark...but any chance of someone looking up the marriage between  Robert Cecil Smylie and a lady called Ruby....turns out he was a ww2 hero so I'm guessing he married in the 30/40/50's...Just because of the names I thought that it might make it a wee bit easier!

Marriages in Northern Ireland from 1.1.1922 onwards are not on-line anywhere. You really need to contact GRONI in Belfast and get them to search for you.
