Hi, Would woman always be married in her own parish,in the 1700s.

It would be most common but I doubt whether it could ever have been an invariable rule. Certainly in London there would be all sorts of possibilities.

Would she travel miles home just to get married, I doubt it ,unless she had money and transport,and she could marry in the parish where she was working in,
