Title: Can someone please help with this photo?

I just want to have the photo not the extra white area, but have lost the programme that I used to use when my old computer died, and can't remember what it was called.

Thank you Deb, it's wonderful. The program had a picture that looked like a red splattered cat - it was easy to use too :(

Hi,
 The program you are looking for could be IRFANVIEW.  It has a logo which looks a bit like a very squashed red cat.
