Hi, Is their a place in Northumberland called Walton, if so could somebody kindly tell me where it is?

Yes there is, but spelt Whalton.

In modern terms it's just North of Belsay on the A696.

Would you please look for William Jobson in the parish registers, all I know about him is that he was dead by 1862 and had a daughter Mary born in Whalton around 1828, so I would guess he was born around 1795-1807 ish

There is only 1 William Jobson entry in the Whalton Pr's.
Banns: 1786 William Jobson of this parish and Elizabeth Buckham of parish of Ponteland.

You could try an adjacent parish. If he was an ag.lab he might have moved between parishes.
