I have found this picture in my Grammas things & was wondering if anyone could help with the regiment.

I agree, it is a Seaforths uniform. You can see the stags head on the cap badge as well as the broach by his neck.

Anything on the back of the photo Rob, design etc. Looks like it could be a 1890' or 1900's cabinet card. A bit on the photographer...
Mela Ram & Sons was one of Peshawar's most famous early photographic studios. Mela Ram began his career as an army photographer in the 1890s, and took numerous portraits of British soldiers in Peshawar as well as city shots published as real photo postcards in the 1920s and 1930s.

No unfortunately there's nothing on the back, just heavy card stock. Not sure we'll ever find out who the fella in the picture is, but at least we now know the name of the uniform.
