I'm hoping that someone will cast a fresh pair of eyes over the 1911 census for me. I'm looking for the following boys..
Stanley Willshaw born 1908, Lancashire/Manchester
Alexander Willshaw born 1910 Lancashire/Manchester
Mother, Jane Willshaw born 1880, is listed as a visitor in the Robinson household.
Father, George Willshaw born 1880 is listed living with his father Enoch Willshaw.
Many thanks

Can't do 1911 look ups but you can do them yourself as ancestry.co.uk are giving free access at the moment to the 1911 census http://home.ancestry.co.uk/

I suspect that the problem is that wheeldon has looked and can't find them :-\

It might be worth buying a few credits with FindMyPast to look for the boys - sometimes people who can't be found on one can be found on the other. :-\

Jane Stewart married George Willshaw Dec 1907 Chorlton. In the 1901 census Jane Stewart is with her parents Robert Stewart and Mary Jane Stewart, both born in Ireland. I wonder if the children were in Ireland with their grandparents as I can't see them in 1911.

Hello,
There is a possible death for Mary Jane Stewart in 1901 Chorlton 8c 488. The age is out by a few years but it does look very possible.
