If anyone in Manchester is visiting Philips Park Cemetery, I would be most grateful if they could see whether there is a gravestone for my great grandmother ANNIE ROBSON (1857-1904) and her daughter CLARA ROBSON (1884-1924). Details : C Consecrated Grave 1262.
Thank you very much.

I'll pop down and have a look for you. :)

That is really kind of you, Trystan. I was amazed that anybody replied.....and so quickly too!

Well that's no problem. Here are the images, the grave was easy enough to find and the cemetery was very neat. There are eleven images in all, so I'll split it over three replies - so bear with me for a minute....
(REPLY ONE OF THREE)
The top shot is the entrance to Philips Park Cemetery. Lovely bed of flowers as you enter through the gates.
The next image is the Church of England 'conformist' chapel, with the area where the grave is to the right of the white cross grave.

(REPLY THREE OF THREE)
The top shot (of the chapel) is from the grave. The middle shot shows the grave number (on the bottom right of the stone).
The bottom shot is looking back to the grave from the big tree that is by the chapel (although I can't seem to spot the grave now that I've looked on the computer)

I've found it in the picture - so I've put a big red arrow there!
(Don't forget to use the scroll bars at the bottom of the posts if you want to move to the right of some of the wider images)
