I am new to Roots chat - apologies ! I am interested in the family of GIDEON ELLIOT AND AGNES ANDERSON. Believe I am descended from one of their daughters, Helen, but am struggling with the male line. Is anyone looking at this line ? I saw some old messages about it.

There were also 3 known girls born to Gideon Elliot & Agnes Anderson,but they were born in Castleton...they are as follows.....Mary born 1830,Agnes born 1832 and Anne born 1835.

These Elliots are part of my extended Elliot family.  I have Gideon and Agnes Elliot with 9 daughters.  Did they have any sons?     M. Carter
