Can anyone tell me if there is a list of Belgium refugees ww1 that were in sheffield ,I am after details of a Francis cox c. 1902

Hi there,

Did Francis stay in the UK or return to Belgium?
As far as I know there is no name list for all the Belgian refugees, but local archives may be able to suggest sources.

hi,
  as far as i know (but is all hearsay) he may have gone to belguim and  joined the belguim navy
nothing is a cert so hitting a brick wall,
