James is a possibility too but the stroke through the middle of the first letter is more likely to be an F and it does look very like the F in Frederick.

It could be Etruria Road (there is one) and could the bit underneath be Stoke Trent?

I see the name as Frederic Francis Copeland.

The residence also looks like Copeland:  "something" road Copeland "something".

It could be Copeland and that squiggle on the right could be St. There is a Copeland St. in Stoke on Google maps. The writing is the worst I have seen for a long time.

Looks more like Frances than Francis to me, which doesn't make much sense as that is supposed to be the feminine form of the name, but perhaps it was done in error.

Frederic Francis Copeland &
Annie Maria Welch
