Hi, I`m looking for any info on Hetty Mann born Dec 1912 to Hughes, who married a Charles Thornton in Edmonton 1938 I have no other information on Charles.

any help would be great

December qtr 1912
Islington district    vol 1b, page 480
Mann, Hetty     Mother's maiden name Hughes


And this is a possibility for her parent's marriage:
March qtr 1910

Frederick Mann, 34, Bachelor, Brass Worker, 20 Kingfield Street
Margaret Hughes, 29, Spinster, 163 Copenhagen Street

His father: Henry Mann (deceased), Horse Keeper
Her father: William Hughes (deceased), Engineer

An Online family tree suggests she was buried at Islington Cemetery 26.2.1961.
I can't find a death registration for that date.
But this is where the parents Frederick William Mann 1874-29.12.1939 and his wife Margaret 1882-26.2.1961 are buried.They had at least 10 other children from 1902-1925.

Hi thanks for the replys wonder if they had any children? or any thing on Charles Thornton all I have for him is his name and marriage date.

You can check on freebmd whether there are any likely children for this couple by putting Thornton into surname and Mann into spouse/mother name  :-\

This may just be a coincidence perhaps it maybe him
