Title: KENYA - Death Certificate for 1980's

Dear Forum,

What is the best way to try and obtain confirmation and or certification of a death of a British Citizen in the 1980's in Kenya. Also I believe he married in Kenya how could I obtain this information. Regards Jason, Australia.

If he was British, then try searching the GRO Overseas Records.
If you get a hit, the certificate can be ordered from GRO.

If you don't have any luck there is a group on Facebook called Kenya Friends Reunited.  Someone there invariably helps with advice about marriage, death certs etc issued in Nairobi.
