I am passing this photo onto a newly found relative of a young soldier killed in action in ww2. It is in bad shape and it is of the barracks he was stationed at in the Himalayas during the hot weather.
Can someone help fix it up ? I would sure be grateful.

Thank you Steve, Jedpg and Yvonne these are all great and so clear. I never noticed the wire fence around the place before ...and the fact you all make such a scappy photo like new again is always a surprise to me.
