Hi all,

Am on a new branch on my family and something is just not adding up......probably not looking hard enough  ::)

I have a Thomas SKEVINGTON born in 1865 to Charles and Ann, have several more kids from the NZ BDM website.

I have five children born to Thomas and a Margaret  1891 through to 1909 but I can find no marriage for Thomas.

Any ideas? Much appreciated,

Hi Gail,

No wonder you couldn't find it, it was spelt wrong. :)

1890/1744   Margaret    Moor    Thomas    Skerington

Spelt right on the Marriage Disc.   Perhaps let BDM know that the name is wrong and needs to be corrected.

Thanks KHP........I still havn't got used to thinking outside the square with spellings of names. That makes perfect sense of Margaret's surname being MOOR as they use it as a middle name of their firstborn son.

Will indeed contact BDM and let them know.
