In familysearch.org/records shows my grandmother's sister Ellen Emily McConnell b. 14 Apr. 1872 Baptisms information. That her Christening Place, Date of Birth as No 4, DUB, IRE. what does the NO 4 stand for??

maybe refers to a district,,,,,,is there any more info herethan you already have
