Title: Gaddis/Geddis
Post by: Suzy W on Tuesday 28 May 13 00:45 BST (UK)
Might be looking for a needle in a haystack again.

Looking for George Gaddis marriage to a Margaret Hamilton abt 1820 in the Lurgan area.  Gaddis having the spelling of Gaddis/Geddis/Geddes

I.G.I have added their six children to their site, starting with Margaret born 1826 and last son Robert born 1838 all in Lurgan

Thanks

Hi Suzy,

My website www.lurgan-ancestry.co.uk mentions a few surnames of Gaddis in the 1800's. Andrew, Henry, George, James and Charles are all mentioned.

Just type in the surname in the 'Search' facility on the website.

Regards,
Andy

Thanks Andy.
If you were wondering what ever happened to William Gaddis, he ended up in New Zealand with his wife Mary Capper.
