There is William Chignell age 14 in Tillingham in 1841 with the following family.  They were all born in the county

Hi, my ancestors were Chignells from Tillingham and surrounding parishes  :) we might be related! Sarah Chignell my 3rd great grandmother married Charles Woodwards in Tillingham 1829

Samuel Chignell (born 31 December 1854 in Asheldham, Essex and baptised 11 March 1855 in Tillingham, Essex), son of William Chignell and Emma Boultwood. The 1861 census has their surname transcribed as CHIZNELE.
