Hi - I have an Alexander Fraser who married my Gt Aunt Jane (Maclean) also from Nairn, I think in 1886. He was married before, his wife died, they married at Nairn. He had one son by his first wife. at His profession was Merchant and address was Merchants House Nairn Road Croy. He had a foot amputation and then a leg sadly after he died. My great aunt lived until she was 72 in Croy. They had a son Alexander who moved to South Shields which I am desperately trying to find. Address for him was Sunniside Drive South Shields in 1936. - Faith

I have an Alexander Fraser who died a Gamekeeper in 1888.
He was married to Catharine Munro who also died in 1888.
Alex was 85 at death and died in Gartymore. He had at least one son a John Fraser. It is clear that he was a Gamekeeper on the death certificate.
