Do you mean in Microsoft Office 7 or are you referring to your computer's operating system - i.e. Windows 7?

You will need a text editing program whatever - Word/Works/Publisher.  The programs now usually come with a help facility and templates which help you.

Before you start, decide how you want the newsletter laid out - how many columns, what font(s), headings, images.

These are some  initieal thoughts.
