Post by: sleepybarb on Friday 10 May 13 09:36 BST (UK)
Could someone help me please ?I know my 95 year old Father-in -Laws parents are buried in the area,I don't really want to ask him as he may not remember and  my husband is unsure which one it would be.I think there are a couple in the area, could someone point me in the right direction for getting contact numbers please.
                            Many Thanks

try the council

http://www.cornwall.gov.uk/default.aspx?page=28273

but this won't help if they are buried in a churchyard.

There's also a churchyard at Madron (which used to be the main church for Penzance) which also has an 'overspill' graveyard further along the main road through Madron. It's about a mile and a half from the Heamoor cemetery.

There are also three cemeteries at Paul (more for Mousehole and Newlyn deaths but there will be Penzance people in there). Small one at Crowlas on the A30 into Penzance. Ludgvan and Gulval churchyards are both within a couple of miles of PZ.
