hi can someone please be kind enough to restore my photo of my mother young please? the scratches really wreck the photo :( xx many thanx xx

Hi There,
If it's possible you could scan the image at a higher resolution (ie 300dpi) the restorers will have more 'pixels' to work with. At its current resolution you will not get the best results.

It's actually scanned at 200 ppi, so OK- ish. You'll get 72 or 96 if you do a right click and copy. To get the real file and ppi, you have to click on the file name and download that way.
300-600 ppi is usually better though, particularly with small originals - and no compression!
