Does anyone have access to the Portsea Parish Records?
Is SKS able to confirm the fathers names and the church where this marriage took place?

Not showing up there, so it has to be the certificate  :(.  Unfortunately there is no sure way of knowing which church in the district it was - and there are an awful lot of them.
