Title: Cantrill/Cantrell from Derbyshire England to America 1600s
Post by: xracer on Tuesday 16 April 13 22:02 BST (UK)
Does anyone have any Cantrill/Cantrells that came from Derbyshire to America in the 1600s? I am looking for Richard Cantrill born in 1660s and came to America as an indentured servant to Captain William Smith, master of the Bristol Merchant who left the port of Bristol and arrived here in 1682. Also looking for info on Joseph Cantrill who drowned 1689 in the Schuykill River, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Joseph was a nephew of Richard.

Thank You,
Debbie

Hi,
I am a descendant of Richard Cantrell who immigrated to Philadelphia, PA around 1680's. I would like to find more information about his family in England. I am a member of Ancestry, Wikitree and Family Search.
