Hi,
Could this photo please be restored, but no colour, thanks. I have tried to see what is in his hand, but with no luck. It might be a lighter, as it looks as though he has just lit a cigarette.
Any ideas will be appreciated, I know you can't work miracles!
Thanks,
Diana

Hi, I think the gent is going to light his ciggie with another (lit) one. It doesn't look as if his cig has been lit yet. Years ago you used to see this happening a lot, but rarely nowadays.

Hi, Yes, I think you could be right! I know what you mean - as a long time ago, I have done this myself, when I didn't have any matches. Shame on me, I know, but at least I have finally 'seen the light' - as the saying goes!!
Thanks, Diana

One from me. He has just lit his cigarette as you can see a puff of smoke covering the other mans face.
