I have been trying to trace any transcriptions of the Ightham parish registers as I am trying to find information about the birth, and parentage, of William Vann. According to the 1841 census he was born in Ightham, aged 70 years. (I know this is a rounded figure rather than an actual)
William married Rimeillion Moyce in Addington on10 August 1796
I cannot trace a death for Rimmelion (or other variants of the spelling) post 1837 and she is not listed on the 1841 census, so I presume she died sometime after 1813, the birth year of her youngest child Edward
I have looked on Ancestry FindMyPast and Family Search without luck so far, so any help much appreciated.

Hi Mavals
Have checked Ightham baptism records but the only records for Vann are the children of William & Rimmelion as follows:
29 Oct 1800 Maria bn 5 Oct
16 Jan 1803 Elizabeth
28 Mar 1805 Daniel
14 Jun 1807 William
26 Aug 1810 Thomas
Will check other parishes in the area and get back to you

Many thanks Westfrem. My husband's family are descendants of Daniel.
Since I posted this I have found a Rimmelion Moyse bapt 1792, in Shipborne & a Rimmelion Moyce baptised in 1795 also in Shipborne and I wondered if she is the niece of "my" Rimmelion.
Your help is much appreciated

Have checked Ightham, Seal, Kemsing & Plaxtol
Found a baptism of Rimmelion Vann daughter of William & Remillion bap 11 Apr 1798 in Plaxtol
also Baptism of Edward 23 May 1813 son of William & Remillion in Ightham (William is listed as Victualler)
There are numerous Moyce entries in all registers but not for Remillion.
