Hi
Could this be the christening you are referring to...
15 February 1726
St Andrew, Holborn
James Branch
Parents John and Mary Branch

Yes, I think this maybe him but I'm unsure. Do you think this could be him?

Unless you have some kind of proof that he came from London I'd be reluctant to say this is him.
The baptism that's referred to is the only one that comes up for a James Branch born circa this time on familysearch - however, that doesn't mean that this is him.
Branch is a well-known surname in Suffolk and Norfolk - I note a 'widow' Branch was buried 18/3/1769 Pulham St Mary which sounds like it was probably his mother although not much help without her Christian name.

Yes he did;
Marriage;
8 Oct 1795, All Saints At, Ashwellthorpe, Norfolk
James BRANCH, Widower, of Pulham St Mary the Virgin Parish
Mary MURREL, Widow of Ashwellthorpe Parish
Trees have Hannah WARD and James marrying 20 Sept 1753, Hoxne, Suffolk.
I cant confirm this.
I agree that James may be from Norfolk or Suffolk rather than London.

There is a HENRY Branch Baptised 11 June 1730, St Mary the Virgin, Pulham St Mary to JOHN/MARGARET
Possible Sibling MARGARET Baptised, 26 December 1723, St Mary the Virgin, Long Stratton, to a John/Margaret
John BRANCH of St Marys Paris, Single, married Margaret CORDELL, Single, 26 December 1714, St Augustine, Norwich, Norfolk
If this is the right Marriage (and it says he is from St Marys) then there is plenty of room for a James to be born to them c 1726
EDIT;
This Marriage date gives extra Children Baptised Long Stratton to John/Margaret;
HANNAH, 6 March 1714/1715
ELIZABETH, 8 Sept 1717
Could the Widow Branch buried 1769 that Annette found be Margaret?
May I ask which Child of JAMES/HANNAH Branch you are descended from?
When/where was she born?
When/who did she Marry?
