If anybody has access to the Wardington parish records I would be grateful please if you would check out the baptism of Thomas Nurser around 1774. I also think there was a William Nusser baptised about 1740, who married Hannah James in Wardington 12 April 1768. Nusser may be a transcription error for Nurser. I will be grateful for any information available.
Thank you very much in advance.

Hi
From OFHS Marr Index 1538 - 1837 there are these which may be of use to you?
Thomas NUSSER m Martha Healey at (near by) Cropredy on 16 March 1758 she was a Widow
William NUSSER m Hannah Gulliver of Banbury at Wardington 12 April 1768
William NUSSER m Elizabeth Pearcey at Wardington 10 Nov 1800

Thank you very much indeed :D
It is interesting that these are all Nusser marriages and not Nurser.
I am also interested to see that a Thomas Nusser married a Martha, although this is too early to be the same as the Thomas Nurser on the 1841 and 1851 census records. Thomas Nurser married a Martha but he was born around 1774.
If it isn't too much trouble, I would be most grateful if you could check to see if there are any births for Nursers or Nussers around 1765-1775 in Wardington?
Do you know where the Wardington parish registers are held so I can research this further?
Thank you so much for your help.

Hi again
I am glad the info may be of use.
The info came from a disc I purchased from the OFHS and they have many others all offering a very comprehensive coverage of all - well almost all - Oxfordshire Parish Records including Wardington which is on OXF -BAN03.
If you contact then direct via numerous links on here or via Google they will send you the disc in return for approx£20.
Of course someone may stop by on here who has the disc and will look it up for you. Whilst I have many of the OFHS CD collection unfortunately not that one
Good luck
