Hi, Is there any chance of find the parents of Josiah Cross, born c1858 in Glanford Brigg Lincolnshire. He married Elizabeth Lumley in 1884 also at Glanford Brigg

I had to use Jos* Cross to get this result and the image does say Josiah age 3.

The 1851 has Arabella as Izabella on the image which is a mistake on the part of the enumerator I would think. The two names sound very much alike. Everything else matches with the 1861

This is the only likely looking one for Josiah I could find in 1841. They are living in  Wiltshire but Josiah not born in the county

Lincoln Chronicle,  dated Friday 6th Nov 1857.

Brigg petty sessions Oct 1857.

Josiah Cross of Broughton, was fined 6 shillings and 6 pence and costs, for riding on the shaft of a wagon of which He was driving .
