Would you be able to source any info on William Wiles born 1811-1885 Great Munden who married Mary Mardell b 1838-1883.
I am unable to find William on the 1841 or 1851 census so not sure what he was doing during that time. Hope this is ok

Guess not if this is he in 1861 under Wilds age 50 (marriage also under Wilds) in Little Munden with widowed mother Mary 69, sister Eliza 37 and a grandson of Mary - Thomas 8.

:) Odd that Mary the mother in 1861 is also b Standon and their is a sister aged 37 who compares with the 1851 Eliza aged 27 b Little Munden and they are living at the same address?

I think that is the same family. Ages a little out but that's ok.
Same address 1841 we have James Wiles 50 Mary 50
Hannah Wiles 9
On the prev census page there is an Eliza Wildes age 15 but can't see William. Must be a small place as only 8 census pages.
